It has been over two years since completion and we are still happy homeowners. Spindler Homes helped us with a renovation of a 1940's home, previously (badly) renovated. The goal was to preserve the original character of the home while adding a contemporary feel to the kitchen and bathroom.
The result was stunning.
While we gulped at the original estimate Andy gave us (knowing the challenges that often arise with renovations of older homes), the project came in just under budget. We moved out, renting temporary accommodation for the period of time Andy predicted and moved back in one week before the projected end date.
In our experience, doing a renovation on time and on budget is a feat not many builders achieve (despite what they tell you up front)!
